RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement concluded through the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a withdrawal request through the online store or contact H&K ReMööbel OÜ by email at info@remoobel.ee.

Returning Goods

Returned goods must be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. Customers may inspect the goods in the same manner as they would in a physical store. Use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may reduce the refundable amount.

The direct cost of returning goods is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to incorrect or defective goods.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, H&K ReMööbel OÜ will refund the amount paid by the customer within 14 days.

H&K ReMööbel OÜ may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of return.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, the return conditions described in this policy shall apply.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by law, including:

products made or customised according to the customer's specifications;
custom-made products;
products manufactured using materials, fabrics, or finishes selected by the customer;
furniture restoration, upholstery, cleaning, and maintenance services once work has commenced with the customer's consent;
other products and services that fall under exceptions to the right of withdrawal as provided by applicable law.
