Please Read Before Ordering
Furniture cleaning, maintenance and restoration may involve certain risks due to the age, materials and previous use of each item. We always aim to achieve the best possible result, but the final outcome depends on the condition of the furniture.
General Information
Old or deeply absorbed stains may not be fully removable.
Fabrics, seams and decorative elements may loosen or tear during the cleaning or restoration process.
Mould stains cannot be removed.
Items without care labels, with unstable dyes or visibly fragile materials will be accepted only at the client’s own risk.
Hidden damage (brittle seams, worn springs, loose joints) may become visible during the work process. If needed, we will provide an additional estimate for repairs.
Finished items are stored for up to 6 months. If the client does not collect the item within this time and we are unable to reach them, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
