Online store shopping experiences
1. General information
H&K ReMööbel OÜ (registration code 17201978, address Tartu mnt.80K, Tallinn, operates an online store selling renovated furniture products and furniture-related services).
2. Services
In addition to the products sold in the online store, H&K ReMööbel OÜ also offers the following services:
- furniture maintenance service
- furniture cleaning service
- furniture renovation service
- textile washer rental
Services cannot be added to the shopping cart in the online store, but each service is provided based on a personal offer. To request a service, we ask the customer to contact us by e-mail at info@remoobel.ee or via the contact form.
The price and time of each service are agreed with the client individually, based on the nature and scope of the work. The seller has the right to refuse to provide the service if the work is not technically feasible or does not fall within the company's field of activity.
The same warranty conditions and rights of claim apply to services as to goods, unless the nature or scope of the work does not allow this (e.g. a cleaning service that does not include the repair of structural defects).
3. Prices
The company is not subject to VAT. All prices displayed in the online store are final prices in euros (€), excluding VAT. The delivery fee will be added to the order according to the selected delivery method and will be displayed in the shopping cart before confirming the purchase.
Ordering and payment
Orders can be placed via the online store, subject to the 4. Purchase products and order processing instructions. Payment is made 100% in full using the payment methods offered in the online store. The order is considered confirmed after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery time and delivery
The delivery method is selected by the customer in the shopping cart and delivery times are agreed upon in writing. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company or the actions of third parties.
6. Return and withdrawal from the contract
According to the Law of Obligations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, by notifying the customer in writing by e-mail to info@remoobel.ee. The returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging. The costs associated with the return are covered by the customer, unless the product was faulty. In the event of a return, the seller will refund the customer's money within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
7. Processing of personal data
The seller processes the customer's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
8. Dispute resolution
Disputes between the parties shall be resolved primarily through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority or the court.
